Wat Arun which is also known as the Temple of the Dawn, is a temple located in Thonburi district, opposite of Wat Pho, on the west bank of the Chao Praza River. It's one of Bangkok's oldest temples, build in 1767.
Wat Pho is an impressive, large temple complex located on Rattanakosin Island, south of the Grand Palace. Being one of the oldest and largest temple compounds in the city, this place is home to the popular Golden Reclining Buddha, a 46 m long Buddha statue 'laying' in a special hall.
Located at the old town, near Sanam Luang Park, the Grand Palace is one of the most important landmarks of Thailand.
